Melbourne market continues to influence the Mornington Peninsula

Eview Group is continuing to achieve great results for clients in 2017. With 245 successful sales achieved for clients this past month - 2017 is tipped to be one of the company's most exciting years to date. Eview Group - Southern Peninsula's Rob Magnano said trends here on the Mornington Peninsula are increasingly being influenced by fierce competition within the Melbourne market. "The Melbourne market is continuing to drive the residential market here on the Mornington Peninsula," he said. "With Peninsula Link, and all the attractions of the peninsula, people have realised we're only an hour away and it's beautiful down here! "When you combine this with the fact that Melbourne prices have moved well beyond $900,000 in many areas - buyers are increasingly being pushed towards the peninsula to either invest or move here permanently." In the context of the peninsula's current market conditions, Rob says Eview agents are uniquely positioned to achieve the best results in the industry. "Eview has the biggest network of offices within the bayside area - you really can't get around that fact," he said. "No one else has that much industry experience here - you simply cannot match that depth and scope of local knowledge to draw from." Rob's take on the broader points of difference within the Eview Group relates to its working culture that promotes the highest standards of professionalism. "I think the difference with Eview is that each agent is effectively an individual agency - so you're always going to be dealing with a director of that company," he said. "That means the level of service clients experience is really second to none - we always go the extra mile. "That's really promoted and embraced across the whole group." Rob says his team, based out of the Sothern Peninsula's Rye office, is able to provide a more personalised service that draws of the strengths of the Eview Group's broader presence on the peninsula. "I've got my own team, so clients aren't just getting one agent that works for them - they're actually getting a whole team," he said. "I've got a dedicated administration and real estate advisory team - this sort of behind the scenes support always puts us a few steps ahead of our competitors." Commenting on the quarter-ahead, Rob says a reduced number of listings means Eview agents are upping the ante to continue to achieve industry best results. "Getting industry best results through fluctuating market conditions is something we put a lot of thought into as a team," he said. "To get the results we want for our clients we really do have to go above and beyond, across the board, but particularly in terms marketing, negotiation and customer service. "So there's going to be a lot more activity from us in the quarter ahead - it's going to be an interesting market to manage but we're certainly up to the challenge."
